a single group
• More than 25 pairs: pairs are arranged in groups,
each group having a color-coded unit binder
Core Wrap:
• Non-hygroscopic dielectric tape applied
longitudinally with an overlap

• Corrugated, copolymer coated, 0.008" aluminum
tape applied longitudinally with an overlap
Support Messenger:
• A 1/4", 7 strand, extra high strength galvanized
steel wire, fully flooded for corrosion protection

• Black, linear low density polyethylene is jacketed
in an integral extrusion with the shielded core
and support messenger to form a “Figure 8”
configuration
